Our Elders

According to what we understand in scripture (1 Timothy 5:17) elders are to lead and give oversight to the church, so at C4 a board of “elders” exercise authority, oversight and shepherd the church. Capital City is an elder led church. Each elder is approved by the congregation and serves as a volunteer. Our elders seek in all matters the mind of Christ (who is the Head of the Church) through the guidance of the Holy Spirit and the Word of God.
